This is so dishonest. Modesty is relative; in many countries and cultures, these clothes would not be considered modest at all. All you are saying is "be more modest than the other girls around you," like its a contest to see who loves God more. More importantly, you are trying to make people ashamed of their bodies, and you excuse men for being unable to behave around women simply because of the way they are dressed. It is disgusting and backward.
