How do they test for levels of minerals in your body? If you suspect you have a deficiency, how do they test?
I suspect I may have a magnesium deficiency, and I wonder how they could test for it.

- Go and see your doctor, if you tell them what you think you are missing then they will take a couple of blood samples to get it tested. I had it done a couple of years ago and had the results within 10 days.
