What type of profession is most wanted today?

I need to know what kind of profession and skills are most wanted in this days, with high pay.

1. Registered Nurses.
2. This is going to be situational. I mean, maybe in Wisconsin they need dairy farmers, but I can tell you, in South Texas, we need construction/plant personnel of varying backgrounds. So, really kind of depends on where you are.
